Peace, Land & Bread T-Shirt

This shirt was probably one of my hardest and best creations. I started off with the idea to do a white shirt instead of our usual black and that was the starting point for this particular design. The shirt features a skeleton guy draping his arm over a set of coordinates, the coordinates are actually Lenin's Mausoleum. Above this we have the ‘series’ number which is 1917 referring to the two stage revolutionary process which took place in that fateful year. Below this is Karl wrapped in an ovular prison, below which are anatomical men doing what appears to be a primitive version of the ‘67’ dance. These men have no particular meaning but they spoke to me and demanded inclusion in my design. Underneath these men is the Spec number which is October 7th which to me represent the day on which the American Empire was concretely doomed to the wastebasket of history. Lenin in a dotted pattern is seen to the left of these design features, below him is the phrase,”The revolution of 1917 lives in the heart of every Communist”. Placed above all aforementioned design aspects is the title of this particular piece and a revolutionary demand,”Peace, Land & Bread”.
