Kaya’s Mutual Aid Fund

First Stage:

The Kaya Mutual Aid Fund is designed to provide meaningful support to individuals by allocating 80% of profits from merchandise sales into a fund that is distributed equitably and randomly. There are currently five funding milestones, and each time a milestone is reached, the accumulated funds are distributed.

Each milestone is outlined below and corresponding funds will be distributed accordingly.

Zyn’s: This milestone unlocks at $100, distributed amongst 20 people.
Gas: This milestone unlocks at $500, distributed amongst 10 people.
Groceries: This milestone unlocks at $1000, distributed amongst 12 people
Car Insurance: This milestone unlocks at $2500, distributed amongst 14 people
Rent: This milestone unlocks at $5000, distributed amongst 25 people

Second Stage:

When all five milestones have been successfully completed and the funds distributed, a new series of funding initiatives will begin. The profit allocation will be adjusted to 60% of merchandise profits, allowing the remaining resources to be invested in expanding our network of operations.

How do I apply?

There are no purchases required to qualify for the fund, and the only criteria is that you are economically left, which implies to some degree that you agree with socialist ideas and a better world for everyone. Our oversight will also include the prevention of automated applicants,

Oversight Committee

The Oversight Committee is comprised of members who ensure transparency throughout the entire process. They have access to our outgoing financial transactions to verify that funds are correctly and fairly disbursed to those within the fund. They are able to cross-reference with the individuals who are scheduled to receive the funds, address discrepancies and take corrective action when necessary.
